Reservation Policy

1. You can make reservation for guest room via our website, and for accuracy about the room price and inclusive or exclusive of breakfast, please check real-time information for it online.
2. The room price is measured by per room/night, which is applied to the case of one or two guests, and the price includes service charge and government taxes.
3. Children (with the height of 1.2 meter and below) can share the room with parents using existing bedding for free. (Additional fee should be paid for extra bed.)
4. The regular check-in time begins 14:00 pm, and the check-out time should not be late after 12:00 am; for check-out time between 12:00 am to 18:00 pm, the hotel will additionally charge another half a day’s room price. If you are a member of “Barony Honors”, you can enjoy a benefit of delay check-out time.
5. In the case of without guarantee by pre-payment or credit card, hotel reserves the right to cancel or keep this reservation of the room at the 18:00 pm (Beijing Time).
6. When making reservation, you should notice the terms of cancellation and modification. Room price may change accordingly if you want to change days or check-in date for your stay, and the hotel may charge fee for the cancellation of a guaranteed reservation.
